Charles has been with Autumn House since  January 5 ,2004. Previously he spent 34 years with Broyhill Furniture Industries in various manufacturing positions. This included Vice President of case goods and supply parts. He then worked three years for La-z-Boy as Vice President of operations of American Drew, finally as Vice President of manufacturing for the entire case goods divison of La-z-Boy.

The thing I like most about my job?

"I have had a good career helping other people achieve their goals, which in turn, helps me achieve mine. I enjoy seeing other people grow in their job, both from a knowledge standpoint, but also in their relations with their fellow employees. It is very satisfying to see accomplishment and growth especially when it appears there is no room for this growth. My job is to help others achieve what they may think is not possible, and to help them grow in their job. As we work together we can accomplish much and be very successful in our endeavors."
