Autumn House, Inc., known for over 23 years as a leading supplier of moulded ply and specialty curved plywood, has been asked several times over the years to produce raw boards for steel rule die manufacturers. In response to this demand for a quality minded source, Autumn House has added a brand new 5-Axis CNC Router. Although this is the fourth machine of its type for the company, this new machine will produce as much as the other three machines combined, providing a perfect fit for rotary board manufacturing.

Rotary die boards are very similar to the two-pieced cylinders which Autumn House has been manufacturing for years. The tooling for die board manufacturing reflects the recent Unicure technique developed at Autumn House - a technique applied for more exacting requirements, resulting in a consistent, highly accurate, and structurally stable product. Outer surfaces are sanded to provide a good face for adhesion of rubber - free of splits and voids.
